When the ball reaches an end position, the electric motor is turned off and no energy is consumed. The actuator is equipped with two additional limit switches for position-feedback. The limit switches are positioned at 0 and 90 degrees. If required, the angular position of the switches can be adjusted by the user. A mechanical position indicator on the top of the actuator shows the valve position. The actuator is equipped with a manual override.\u003c\/p\u003eThe valve has a 50 mm bore, with Kv value of 314 m\u003csup\u003e3\u003c\/sup\u003e\/h (Cv = 362.98 gpm). Kv expresses the flow rate of water in m\u003csup\u003e3\u003c\/sup\u003e\/h at a pressure drop of one bar. The valve is rated up to 69 bar at 20°C (1000 psi at 68°F). It is suitable for temperatures from -29°C up to 210°C (-20°F up to 410°F).
