Inline paddle flow switches up to 250 bar
Inline paddle flow switches up to 250 bar switch at an adjustable flow of water, coolant or thin oil. They are fitted directly into the line with a female thread on both sides, in sizes from G 1/4" to G 1 1/2". Material and size set the pressure rating. Up to G 1", stainless steel versions are rated to 250 bar (≈3630 psi) and brass versions to 100 bar (≈1450 psi). The G 1 1/4" and G 1 1/2" sizes are rated to 25 bar (≈360 psi) in brass and 40 bar (≈580 psi) in stainless steel, and go in horizontal pipes only.
Sliding the switch unit along the body sets the switch point and selects normally open or normally closed operation. The contact switches back at a lower flow, so it does not switch on and off repeatedly around the switch point. Install the switch with the flow in the direction of the arrow.
