Colección:NG6 (D03) Hydraulic Valves

NG6 (D03) hydraulic valves all share one standardised mounting interface, defined in ISO 4401-03, CETOP 3 and NFPA D03 for nominal size 6. Valves of different makes with this interface fit the same sub-plates and can be stacked on each other, so a hydraulic control is built from modules instead of being piped together valve by valve.

Each valve station is built as a stack. At the bottom, a connection plate provides the P, T, A and B ports. In the middle, sandwich valves add functions to that station only: pressure relief, pressure reducing, flow control or pilot-operated check valves. On top, a directional control valve switches the flow to the actuator. The mounting screws run through the whole stack, so their length grows with every sandwich plate.

The range is grouped accordingly. Directional control valves come as 4-2-way and 4-3-way solenoid valves. Sandwich valves cover the pressure, flow and check functions. Connection plates hold one or more stations, and accessories include replacement coils, seal kits and blanking plates for unused stations.

Start with the directional function each actuator needs, add the sandwich functions per station, and choose a connection plate with enough stations, including a spare for later extensions.
