Colección:NG6 (D03) Flow Control Valves

NG6 (D03) flow control valves are sandwich throttle check valves that set the speed of the actuator on one valve station. They mount between the directional control valve and the sub-plate, with the NG6 interface to ISO 4401-03, CETOP 3 and NFPA D03, so each actuator gets its own speed setting without extra piping.

Each valve throttles the flow in one direction and lets it pass freely through a check valve in the other. Versions act on line A, line B or both lines, so one or both stroke directions can be set separately. The same valve throttles the flow into the actuator (meter-in) or out of it (meter-out), depending on which way round it is mounted. Meter-out keeps a cylinder under control when the load pulls on it; meter-in suits loads that always push against the cylinder.

Check the flow and pressure rating against the station. Every sandwich plate adds height to the stack, so the mounting screws of the directional valve must be longer by the clamp length of each plate. For speed control in a pipe line rather than on a valve stack, use an inline hydraulic throttle check valve.
